Instruction:
1. Take out of the little plastic isolation which is installed on the end cap to protect the battery and flashlight.
2. Charge the battery first because it is not in full charge. Until the indicator light turns green.

Great price for such a powerful light. I work some dark properties and this light is absolutely amazing. It's rechargeable and the battery last a long time. I haven't charged it since I got it and it is still super bright.
